Refund and cancellation
Draft terms for ending a subscription and requesting a refund.
Subscriptions
You can request cancellation from the account page or Stripe Customer Portal when billing is enabled. Cancellation at period end preserves access until the paid period ends. An immediate cancellation ends the subscription immediately; review the confirmation before continuing.
Credit packs
The current proposed self-service window is seven days for unused purchased credits. Spent, reserved, disputed or uncertain usage needs a support review. A verified refund removes the corresponding credits; it does not create a second grant.
Refunding a subscription ends Premium immediately. Taxes, partial refunds, renewal mistakes and exceptional requests need an operator review. This draft does not remove rights that applicable law may require.
Before payments go live
The owner and legal adviser must approve the refund window, rollover, tax treatment, merchant information and support process. No live payments are enabled by this page.
