These Terms are provided in English. If a translation is shown, the English text governs.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

PixnPDF (the "Service") is a set of online PDF, image and document tools operated by Wynra Consultants FZC LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates ("Wynra", "we", "us", "our"), as a Wynxo product. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wynra. They apply to pixnpdf.com, our installable web app, and any related pages, tools, accounts and optional paid features.

By opening, installing or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy anything. You may use the free browser tools if you are younger only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use.

You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if you or your organisation are subject to sanctions or export restrictions that prohibit it (see section 20).

3. The Service

Most tools run in your own browser. For those tools your files are processed on your device and their contents are not uploaded to us. Some optional features, such as the "Use server for hard files" mode, Office conversions and AI features, send the file or extracted content to our servers or to a service provider, and only after you consent. Exactly what happens is described in the Privacy Policy and shown in the tool before you upload.

Tools marked "Live" are available now. Tools marked "Coming soon" are previews, may be unavailable and may never be released. We may add, change, limit, suspend or remove any tool, feature, file size, page limit, daily allowance, language or browser support at any time, with or without notice. We are not obliged to provide any particular feature or to keep the Service free.

Browser tools depend on your device, browser, operating system, available memory and the quality of your source files. They may fail or produce different results on different devices.

4. Your files and your responsibility for them

You keep all rights you have in your files and content ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for how you use the results.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have every right, licence, permission and consent needed to upload, open, convert, edit, share or otherwise process it with the Service, including any consent of people shown in or identified by it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Keep your original files. Always check the result of every tool before you rely on it, send it, file it or publish it. We recommend that you keep backups and never treat the Service as your only copy of important documents.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help or allow anyone else to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, or to process content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, including child sexual abuse material, content that promotes terrorism or violence, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights;

• forge, falsify or tamper with documents, signatures, identity papers, certificates or official records, or use the Service to impersonate any person or organisation;

• upload malware or use the Service to attack, probe, overload or disrupt it or any network, system or account, or try to gain unauthorised access;

• bypass, remove or interfere with any security feature, limit, allowance, quota, bot check or payment control, including by using multiple devices, addresses or accounts to avoid limits;

• scrape, crawl or automate the Service, resell, sublicense or provide it to third parties as a competing service, or use it to build or train a competing product, except as we allow in writing;

• reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code or models from the Service, except to the extent applicable law (or an open-source licence) expressly allows;

• use the AI features to produce content that is unlawful, to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review, or to process special categories of personal data or other highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and all required consents;

• misuse the Service in any way that could damage our name, systems, users or service providers.

6. Accounts

Browser tools do not require an account. Optional accounts, paid plans and AI credits are offered only when we switch those features on, and may not be available in your country.

When you create an account you must give accurate information and keep it up to date, and you must keep your login details, devices and authenticator safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@pixnpdf.com if you think someone else has accessed it. We may require you to verify your email address, and we may refuse, restrict or close accounts at our discretion, including for suspected misuse.

You may stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time from your account page or by email. Deleting an account does not delete copies of files you saved on your own device.

7. Paid plans, credits, payments and refunds

Browser tools are free and, at the time of writing, have no usage quota. Paid plans ("Premium") and AI credit packs are optional and are available only when and where we enable them. Planned prices are $4.99 per month or $39 per year for Premium and $5, $15 and $30 for AI credit packs, with a $5 minimum. The price, included allowance, any taxes and renewal date are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices, plans, credit amounts and allowances for future purchases and renewals. We will give you notice of a price change for an existing subscription before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

Payments are taken by our payment provider (currently Stripe) on its hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your card number. By buying, you authorise us and the provider to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts shown. Prices may be shown in US dollars, and your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that apply to your purchase unless we state that they are included.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account or the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Yearly plans release their AI allowance monthly. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over unless the checkout page says so. AI credits do not bypass file, page, spending or safety limits, and browser tools do not use credits.

Purchases are for digital services that start immediately. Except where the law gives you a right that cannot be waived, fees are non-refundable once a period or credit pack has begun. As a courtesy, unused AI credits from a pack may be refunded on request within the refund window shown at checkout (currently planned as seven days from purchase), and a refund of a subscription ends Premium access. Contact support@pixnpdf.com for refund requests; we may need to verify your identity and reasons. We may refuse refunds for suspected abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms. If a refund is due, we will pay it to the original payment method. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may lead to suspension of your account.

Before any paid feature is switched on we will publish its final price and refund details. Until then, any figures on the site are proposals for information only and are not an offer.

8. AI features

Some optional features use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models (for example Anthropic's Claude), to translate, summarise, answer questions about, extract data from or otherwise process documents. These features run only after you give separate consent. The text, images or questions you choose are sent to our servers and to the AI provider, which processes them under its own terms and data policy.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased or offensive, and similar inputs may produce different outputs. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering or other professional advice. You must review all output and you are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on it. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share, and do not use AI features for anything that requires guaranteed accuracy or has legal or similarly significant effects on people without proper human review.

Cancelling an AI job stops our processing, but we cannot recall data already delivered to the provider. We may limit, change or stop AI features, models, spending caps and allowances at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, names and trademarks (including PixnPDF and Wynxo), belongs to Wynra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service includes open-source and third-party components that are licensed under their own terms. Their notices and licences are available in the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licences.

For features that process Your Content on our servers, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy and process Your Content solely to operate that feature for you, for the short time described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely without any obligation to you.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service relies on and may link to services we do not control, such as payment, email, sign-in, hosting, storage, bot-protection and AI providers, and websites. We are not responsible for them, their availability, content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. A third party's failure may affect the Service.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights. It forms part of these Terms.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that files will not be lost or corrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, security reasons, third-party failures or events outside our control. The Service is provided as it becomes available and features may be experimental.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content, tools and results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

In particular, and without limiting the above: conversion, compression, OCR, text recognition, translation, form filling, comparison and similar tools may alter, lose or misread content, layout, fonts, images, formatting or metadata; redaction, password protection, encryption, unlocking, signing and metadata-removal features are tools to help you, not a guarantee of security, confidentiality, legal validity or irreversibility; electronic signatures created with the Service are simple electronic signatures, not certified or qualified digital signatures, and may not be accepted for every purpose or in every country; and cropping, whiteout and similar tools are not redaction and can leave hidden content in the file. You are responsible for checking every result, including for hidden text, metadata and sensitive information, before you share it.

Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wynra, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or files, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability (including negligence), even if we were told such loss was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US$100. If you have not paid anything, our liability is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live. Where the law does not allow some of the exclusions or limits above, they apply only to the extent the law permits.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wynra and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and suppliers from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: Your Content; your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right; or any dispute between you and a third party. We may take over the defence of a matter at our own expense and you will cooperate with us.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or end your access to all or part of the Service, remove content or close your account at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop providing the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

When access ends, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply (including sections 4, 9, 13 to 15, 17, 19 and 21) will continue after termination. Termination does not affect amounts already owed or rights that have already arisen.

17. Copyright and other complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. We do not store or publish Your Content from the free browser tools. If you believe that content held by our servers infringes your rights, send a notice to support@pixnpdf.com with your name and contact details, a description of the work and where the content is, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that its use is not authorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove content and may share the notice with the person who provided it. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to the law or to our business. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. For significant changes we will give notice, such as by a message on the Service or by email to account holders, before they take effect where reasonable. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the federal laws applicable in the emirate where Wynra Consultants FZC LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Please contact us first at support@pixnpdf.com so that we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the emirate where Wynra Consultants FZC LLC is registered, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief to protect our rights in any court with jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights or court access you have under the law of the country where you live.

20. Export controls and sanctions

You must not use, export, re-export or transfer the Service or anything produced with it in violation of UAE law or any export-control or sanctions law that applies to you or to us. You confirm that you are not listed on, or owned or controlled by anyone listed on, any applicable sanctions list.

21. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notice shown with a particular feature or purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier understanding about it.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest will stay in effect.

No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor to our business.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of internet, hosting, payment or other providers, natural events, war, terrorism, strikes, government action or cyber-attacks.

Notices. We may give notice by posting on the Service or by email to the address on your account. You may contact us at support@pixnpdf.com.

No third-party rights. Except for our affiliates and suppliers who may rely on sections 13 to 15, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.

Language. We may provide these Terms in other languages for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version governs.

Relationship. Nothing in these Terms makes you our partner, agent, employee or joint venturer.
