A few things to know
What should I know about the output?
Compress JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF or SVG, choose a target size and compare real output sizes. Targets are best effort; an already smaller original is kept. Animated GIF compression preserves frames. Animated WebP uses its first frame. Metadata preservation supports JPEG, PNG and WebP; GIF/AVIF preservation keeps the original. Safety and metadata removal can take priority over SVG size.

Where will Compress image process my files?
Files are read, processed and rendered in browser Web Workers. Nothing is uploaded. Cancel stops the worker immediately; originals remain unchanged.
Will Compress image be free?
Yes. Unlimited free uses, without signup or a daily quota. For device safety, choose up to 100 files, within 500 MB total. The general decoded-image limit is 100 megapixels; AVIF encoding and animated GIF processing use a 16-megapixel limit. Smaller batches are recommended on low-memory devices.
