A few things to know

What should I know about the output?

Review GPS, camera, date and software metadata before removing it. JPEG image data is preserved without re-encoding; a minimal orientation tag can remain so the photo stays upright. Other formats can be re-encoded. Visible or steganographic information in image pixels is not removed.

Where will Remove EXIF data process my files?

Files are read, processed and rendered in browser Web Workers. Nothing is uploaded. Cancel stops the worker immediately; originals remain unchanged.

Will Remove EXIF data be free?

Yes. Unlimited free uses, without signup or a daily quota. For device safety, choose up to 100 files, within 500 MB total. The general decoded-image limit is 100 megapixels; AVIF encoding and animated GIF processing use a 16-megapixel limit. Smaller batches are recommended on low-memory devices.
