A few things to know
What should I know about the output?
Enter the PDF's password to remove encryption in your browser. Leave it blank for a document with only owner restrictions and no opening password. Incorrect passwords get a clear error; passwords and files are never uploaded. A one-time 2.3 MB local engine download is required.

Where will Unlock PDF process my files?
Files are read, processed and rendered in browser Web Workers. Nothing is uploaded. Cancel stops the worker immediately; originals remain unchanged.
